If you would like to know how I got this look, carry on reading!
So first of all, I applied my Movie Matte Photo Finish Moisturiser from Creightons, which I love as I have oily skin, and I also applied my Gosh Velvet Touch primer which makes my make-up apply more easily and last longer.
I then applied my Garnier BB cream for oily skin, as this creates a nice base for your skin, a small amount of coverage, and it is generally good for your skin.
I then applied my MAC Studio Fix Fluid (NW13), which gives a really nice full coverage, matte finish, and it is great for oily skin as well. I would not recommend it for people with dry skin, as it would most likely stick to the dry patches on your skin.
I then put my 2true 3 in 1 concealer underneath my eyes to cover any darkness, and to lighten them. This then makes my eyes look less puffy, and I look less tired. I apply it in a V, as this has a bigger and more flattering highlight effect.
I then applied my No7 concealer anywhere that had any discolouration and redness (such as my nose and cheeks), as it is a long lasting, high coverage concealer.
I then apply my MAC Studio Fix Powder to set my base and to add the last bit of coverage. The fluid and powder are an excellent combination, and work so well together.
Because of the full coverage, my face appears rather flat, so to create some more depth and slim down my face, I contour with my Rimmel London Natural Bronzer to make my cheekbones stand out more. I also apply it to the edges of my nose, my hairline, and my jawline to add some colour to my face.
I then apply my MUA Undress Me Highlighter to the top of my cheekbones to reflect light off them so they look even more prominent on my face.
The final step is to apply mascara, just so my eyes do not look too small on my face. For this look, I am using my Rimmel London Retro Glam mascara, which is definitely one of my favourite mascaras ever. I also comb through my eyebrows, you can fill them in, but I chose not too for this look.
The look is now complete, and here is a before and after to show you the difference a full coverage look can make to your skin.
